Use the online calendar to enter meeting information. Parents can check the calendar any time instead of calling the troop leader for reminders.

Include as much or little as you want about the meetings, including:

  • meeting dates/times
  • activity planned
  • meeting location
  • information about permission slips or fees
  • volunteer positions to help running the meeting

Volunteer Signups

Parents can look through the calendar to see which meetings need volunteers and sign up right away. People who volunteered will see their name highlighted on the email reminders.

Volunteer positions are displayed any time the user views an event and there's a "Volunteers" tab just for viewing all the volunteer positions to help parents see where the leader needs help and encourage them to sign up.
